The lush Cuaca Valley is where our sustainably sourced cane sugar comes from. What better way to elevate our smooth rum than with a Mojito? Muddled, not stirred. It’s like if a mint julep and a classic daiquiri had a deliciously refreshing baby. The mojito takes its roots in Havana, Cuba, where back-in-the-day, white rum wasn’t quite as smooth as Drake’s is now. So, bartenders would do their best to mask the *ahem* bold taste with locally grown ingredients like mint and lime, and thus, the mojito was born.

The Process

Step-by-step

1.

Muddle the mint and sugar about 5-10 times until the mint is fragrant in a sturdy glass.

2.

Pour in rum and lime juice.

Stir with a bar spoon until sugar is dissolved. Top with club soda.

4.

Stir again. Garnish with a lime wedge and mint leaves
